Rachael Southgate

Rachael is Director of European Operations for Sperry and has been with the company for over a decade. She is responsible for implementing processes and empowering the Global Quality Team to ensure Sperry maintains its position as industry leader in product quality and reliability. She also champions continuous quality improvement via a collaborative, proactive, and data-driven approach. Rachael has a B Eng in Engineering, is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and holds ASNT certifications in ultrasonics and eddy current.
