Mollie Halvorsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2012, they began their career as a Child Welfare Case Manager at the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, a role they held until 2015. Following that, they worked as a Head Rowing Coach at Forest Hills Public Schools from 2014 to 2015, and then at North Suburban Crew from 2016 to 2021.
In 2015, Mollie took on the role of a Project Manager at LaSalle Network for a brief period of six months. Mollie then transitioned to Autism Home Support Services, Inc, where they gained experience in various HR roles, starting as an HR Admin in 2016 and progressing to an HR Specialist in 2017 and an HR Generalist in 2018. Mollie remained with the company until 2019.
Since 2019, Mollie has been working at Antylia Scientific, initially as a Senior Recruiter until 2021, when they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2021, they further advanced to the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. Currently, they hold the role of Human Resources Director at Antylia Scientific.
Through their work experience, Mollie has developed skills in talent acquisition, coaching, project management, and human resources.
Mollie Halvorsen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University between the years 2008 and 2012.
