Katherine-Marie Gonzales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katherine-Marie started their career as a Student Manager at Sodexo from September 2011 to July 2014. Katherine-Marie then worked as a Project Estimator at BlueFrog from July 2014 to March 2016. Following that, they were an HR Operations Associate at Gilead Sciences from March 2016 to July 2016. From September 2016 to September 2017, they served as a Client Services Administrator at Keystone Associates - a division of Keystone Partners. Katherine-Marie then joined SPG Therapy & Education in August 2017 as a Recruiting/Employment Coordinator until June 2019. Afterwards, they worked as a Recruiter/Sourcer at the same company from June 2019 to October 2019. Katherine-Marie Gonzales then took on the role of Recruiting Systems Analyst at SPG Therapy & Education from October 2019 to June 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Business Systems Analyst at the same company, starting in June 2021.

Katherine-Marie Gonzales began their education at the University of California, Davis in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Law & Society. Katherine-Marie successfully completed their studies in 2014. Following this, they attended Diablo Valley College from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Computer Science without completing a specific degree program. In 2020, they enrolled at Western Governors University for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in IT Management. Katherine-Marie completed their MBA studies in 2021.
