Liz Croughan

Liz Croughan currently holds the position of Sr Director, HR EMEA at Sphera. Prior to this role, Liz worked at Petrotechnics for over a decade, starting as a HR Manager and eventually becoming VP of HR. Liz also has experience as a Service Delivery Manager at Pragma Systems (Scotland) Ltd and holds a PgDip in HR Management from Robert Gordon University. Liz completed their MA in History at the University of St Andrews.
