Johanna Deloor has held a number of roles in the retail industry since 2015. johanna began their career as an Apprentie Responsable Secteur MDD at LE PETIT CUISINIER in 2015. johanna then moved to Leroy Merlin as a Responsable Rayons in 2016, and to Castorama France as a Chef de Rayon in 2017. In 2018, they joined Lidl France as a Directeur Adjoint Ventes. In 2020, they took on the role of Responsable Commercial Secteur at Sphere and Responsable Bazar at Super U Camphin en Pevele.

Johanna Deloor began their academic career in 2014 when they attended the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and obtained a Licence de Commerce in the field of equipement de la maison. johanna then continued their studies at IAE Lille, where they earned a Master in management de la distribution in the field of Économie de gestion, graduating in 2017.
