Vadym Sydorenko

Vadym Sydorenko has a diverse range of work experience in recruitment and staffing. Vadym recently worked as the Head of Recruitment at Sphere Software, where they helped the company expand its offerings and build new data and cloud services practices. Prior to that, Vadym owned their own recruiting services firm called bountysourcing, where they provided professional and customer-oriented recruiting experiences for job seekers and employers. Vadym also worked as a Recruitment Team Lead at Solve.Care Foundation, where they played a crucial role in recruiting for various departments and building the recruiting department and its processes from scratch. Additionally, Vadym worked as an IT Staff Recruiter at Vitaver and Associates, Inc., where they provided staffing services for a wide variety of industries in the US job market.

Vadym Sydorenko pursued their education at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they successfully completed their Master's degree in Philosophy.
