Aanchal has over 15 years of professional experience, beginning with their role as an Articled Assistant at Bajaj & Associates, Chartered Accountants in Faridabad from 2005. Aanchal then moved to Rajnish & Associates, Chartered Accountants in New Delhi in 2008, where they worked as a Manager of Management Consultancy, providing services such as bank audits, internal audits, direct taxes, and indirect taxes. In the same year, they also worked as a Management Consultant for the Spanish Group and Ireland Government's Liasion Office in India for Rajnish & Associates. From 2008 to 2016, Aanchal worked as a Functional Consultant at Infosys. In 2018, they became an Ambassador for Mainframe and Rootstock in India, and in 2021, they took on the roles of Strategic Advisor at AdLunam Inc. and Ayoken. Most recently, in 2020, Aanchal became the Co-Founder and CEO of Spherium.Finance.

Aanchal has a comprehensive education history. Aanchal completed their 10+2 from St. Mary's Senior Secondary School, Moradabad in 2002. Aanchal then went on to pursue a B.Com from Hindu College in 2002-2005. Following that, they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India in 2007. In 2009, they were awarded the Oracle Implementation Champion degree from Oracle India, where they studied ERP Oracle Financial Modules like Payables, Receivables, General Ledger and India Localisation. In 2012, they attended Singapore Management University and obtained a Data Analysis using Spreadsheets degree. In 2015-2016, they received a DISA degree from ICAI, specializing in Information System Audit. In 2018, they obtained a Blockchain Expert (functional) degree from Rootstock, specializing in Blockchain. Additionally, they hold a certification in Up and Running with Bitcoin from LinkedIn, which they obtained in October 2016.
