Jamie Rinaldis

Jamie Rinaldis has held various roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field since 2008. In 2008, they were hired as the sole coordinator of surgical schedule for Boulder Eye Surgeons. In 2012, they were contracted through Adecco as a Sourcing Data Specialist for Google. In 2013, they were hired as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager for NetApp SolidFire. In 2016, they were hired as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist/Sr. Recruiter for INODE INK. In 2019, they were hired as a Sr. Recruiter/People Operations for Sphero where they oversaw, led, developed and executed all recruiting efforts and recruiting operations for the entire company. Jamie also chaired Sphero's DEI committee, led internal and external initiatives, assisted with an acquisition and reverse recruited during a restructure.

Jamie Rinaldis' education history includes attending The Art Institutes in 2007 where they studied Interior Design, Northern Essex Community College in 2006 where they studied General Studies, and University of Colorado Boulder from 2001 to 2002 where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Jamie Rinaldis has obtained four certifications: Diversity & Inclusion for HR from eCornell in November 2022, Human Resources Management Certificate from eCornell in April 2020, Integrated Talent Management Certification from Association for Talent Development (ATD) in April 2018, and Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) from AIRS powered by ADP in November 2021.
