Sabine Podewski

Sabine Podewski is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the food technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager and Quality Management Officer at SphingoTec since October 2018, Sabine is involved in the initiation and further development of quality management systems and internal auditing. Prior to this role, Sabine worked as an IFS Project Manager - Auditor Management at IFS - International Featured Standards from March 2007 to June 2018, overseeing auditor coordination and training optimization. Sabine's earlier experience includes positions as Deputy Head of Department at VLB, and various roles in quality assurance and marketing within renowned companies, including Underberg and Coca-Cola. Sabine holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Food Technology from Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
