Gustavo Papaiordanou Elias

Gustavo Papaiordanou Elias currently serves as the Sales Manager for Southern LatAm at SPI Pharma since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gustavo was a Business Development Specialist in the Pharma division at Croda, where responsibilities included developing business strategies and supervising the sales team in key segments such as pharmaceutical excipients and vaccine adjuvants. Gustavo also held the position of Account Manager at Croda, managing key accounts within the same sectors. Previous experience includes working as a Field Sales Specialist at Merck Group, focusing on sales growth in Biomonitoring, and serving as a Microbiologist at Clariant, where the coordination of the Application and Development Laboratory and technical assistance to customers were key responsibilities. Gustavo began the academic journey as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of São Paulo and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the same institution. Additionally, Gustavo completed business training in 2018.
