Farzin Zaker

Farzin Zaker is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at SPI Software since June 2024. Previously, Farzin held the same title at IgniteTech from February 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and optimizing costs through the integration of software products from acquisitions. Farzin has also held leadership positions as Senior Software Development Manager at Aclate, Director of Software Development at Pars System Co., and Director of Software Development at KTE, demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies, cloud-native applications, and software integration. Earlier career roles include Technical Manager and Software Developer at WebNative Software and Shayen Informatics, respectively. Farzin is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from York University and holds a Master and Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University.
