Rajiv Rojhe is a seasoned professional in the aviation industry with a focus on Learning and Development. Currently serving as Manager of Learning and Development at SpiceJet Limited since April 2019, Rajiv has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and implementing learning interventions and roadmaps that align with organizational development needs. Rajiv has a strong background in training and performance management, having previously worked at Jet Airways in various capacities, including Performance Manager and Training and Development Executive. Early career experience includes roles at Teleperformance India as Assistant Sales Manager.
