Melanie Payne

Melanie Payne, CHRP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Spicers Canada, a role held since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the HR function and collaborating with various business units to ensure comprehensive support across Canadian locations. Prior experience includes positions as Senior HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager at TMX Group from January 2012 to 2017, as well as HR Manager and Senior Consultant in Recruitment & Training at The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS) between June 2007 and 2012. Additional experience includes serving as Director and Manager of Human Resources at Teleperformance from March 2002 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Athabasca University, a diploma in Law from Seneca Polytechnic, and further studies at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
