Cécile Paillard

Cécile Paillard has a strong background in communications and corporate relations. Cécile is currently working as the Communications Director at SPIE ICS, where they focus on integrating innovative cross-thinking and digital transformation in corporate communications. Cécile is also a Member of the Board at CMIT club des marketeurs in tech.

Prior to their current roles, they served as a Member of the Board at Communication & Entreprise, the most important association on Corporate Communications in France. Cécile was responsible for learning about new trends and networking between professionals from different sectors. Cécile also worked as the Director of Communications at CREDIT IMMOBILIER DE FRANCE, where they effectively implemented internal and external communications during a period of heavy restructuring.

Before that, Cécile held the position of Director of Communications at Clifford Chance, where they created the communications department, negotiated budgets, and developed a team of professionals. Cécile also worked as a Communications Manager France at Clifford Chance.

Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board at Comité Vendome, a committee focused on maintaining the reputation of Place Vendôme. Cécile's early career includes roles such as a Conference Manager at the Institute for International Research and an HR Executive at AFNOR, where they focused on labor relations and career development programs.

Cécile Paillard obtained a Master's degree in Gestion et Management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School in 1992. In 2015, they earned a certificate in "Transformer les organisations à l'ère digitale : comprendre et agir" from Sciences Po. That same year, they also completed a course in Process Communication Management - niveau 1 at Khaler Communication France. In 2014, they completed a MOOC on Informer et Communiquer sur les Réseaux Sociaux from Rue 89. In 2008, they attended an Executive Management Course at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Cécile Paillard obtained a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Université Paris-Sorbonne in 1990.
