François Guéno

François Guéno has a diverse work experience in various innovation and digital roles. François is currently the Innovation and R&D Director at SPIE ICS since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Innovation Advisor at The Good AI from December 2021 to December 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Transformation, Innovation and Digital Director at Viparis, where they led transformation projects and digital platforms, improved customer experience, and created value for customers and the company. François also worked as an Innovation Manager at Natixis from 2016 to 2018, where they set up an innovation office, managed innovation projects, and co-wrote the strategic plan. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Innovation and New Business Manager at Groupe La Poste, responsible for coordinating innovation and delivering projects. François also worked as the E-commerce Lab Manager at Veepee (formerly vente-privee.com) from 2011 to 2013, where they created a research institute on e-commerce innovations and conducted analysis for consulting projects.
