Marie-Camille Thiebaut

Marie-Camille Thiebaut currently serves as the Head of Innovation at SPIE ICS, overseeing the management of both internal and external innovation initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Strategy Associate at JobTeaser, where strategic analysis for geographical expansion and competitive environment assessments were conducted. Marie-Camille has held various positions in innovation and project management, notably as Head of Innovation Department at Veepee, where significant operational cost reductions and project launches were achieved. Additionally, Marie-Camille has academic experience as a visiting professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Institut Polytechnique de Paris and KEDGE Business School. With an extensive educational background, including master's degrees from CentraleSupélec and emlyon business school, Marie-Camille is well-equipped in strategy and engineering.
