Thomas Mignien

Thomas Mignien possesses extensive experience in the fields of networking, telecommunications, and DevOps. Currently serving as a Consultant Réseaux/Télécom/DevOps and Design and Integration Manager for Networks and Security at SPIE ICS since July 2019, Thomas manages a diverse team of architects, engineers, and project leaders. Additional roles include serving as a Pilote planeur, Trésorier, and Formateur for the AVAT - Association Vélivole et Aéronautique Toulousaine since 2017, and operating as a Freelance ICT expert with ANETIC between September 2017 and July 2019, specializing in IT systems and network infrastructures for various sectors. Prior positions include Chief Technology Officer for Groupe Alsatis, where responsibilities included managing R&D projects in telecommunications, and a similar role as CTO/CINO for alsatis, focusing on WAN management and international operator relations. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ENSEEIHT, completed in 2005.
