Marie-Anne Effa Nguini

Marie-Anne Effa Nguini's work experience begins in 2001 as an Assistant Manager at KPMG France. Marie-Anne worked in auditing for multinational companies and also conducted Sarbanes-Oxley audits for Total, Brinks, and Air France. In 2007, they joined Air France as an Internal Audit Manager and held the position until 2016. At Air France-KLM, they contributed to the implementation of a Global Business Services model and supported the Commercial Business Unit in cost-saving strategies and revenue increase. Marie-Anne also served as the Head of Finance for Accounting Standards & Harmonization, responsible for preparing financial statements in IFRS for non-airline subsidiaries. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Finance - Subsaharan Africa at SPIE Oil & Gas Services.

Marie-Anne Effa Nguini holds a Master's Degree in Auditing, Accounting, and Controlling from SKEMA Business School, which they attained from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens) between 1996 and 1998. In terms of additional education, they completed short courses in Hedge Accounting & Cash Flow Statement in IFRS at FinHarmony in 2020, IFRS Consolidation methods at FinHarmony in 2017, and change management at Air France Campus in 2016.
