Rudy Kim is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles across prominent establishments. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Spiegelworld since May 2022, Rudy has previously held similar positions at Brera Osteria and Matteo's Ristorante Italiano. Rudy's background also includes a significant tenure at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where responsibilities included managing various programs and initiatives. Earlier experience as Beverage Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas involved overseeing multiple bars and a large staff. Rudy began in the industry as Restaurant Manager at Wynn Las Vegas, complemented by formal education from Cornell University and a certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
