Chalen Schoyer

Chalen Schoyer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as a Real Estate Analyst Intern at Formations, LLC in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Investment and Insurance Intern at First Investors before transitioning to an Executive Assistant role at Go Motor Cars Inc later that year.

In 2011, Chalen joined DIS - Denmark's International Study Program as an IT Operations specialist, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks while providing technical support to staff, faculty, and students.

They then moved on to Jane Street in 2012, initially working as an IT Procurement Specialist, where they analyzed and approved technology expenses, prepared budget reports, and collaborated with accounting and compliance teams. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Trade Support professional at Jane Street, optimizing and automating business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve trading infrastructure, and supporting the stability of proprietary trading systems.

In 2018, Chalen joined Xactly Corp and held various roles over the years. They started as a Configuration and Implementation Consultant, implementing solutions and providing technical guidance. They then progressed to become a Solutions Consultant, providing consultation services to clients. In 2021, they were promoted to a Technical Lead role, leading and managing a team of solutions consultants.

Most recently, Chalen joined Spiff Inc in 2021 as a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Enterprise Sales Engineer, utilizing their expertise to drive enterprise sales and provide technical support to clients.

Chalen Schoyer holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
