Ron Morag has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Ron began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a N.C.O. in the Naval Intelligence Corps, where they were awarded the Naval Intelligence Corps "Outstanding Soldier Award" of 2010. In 2013, they joined Atlas Boutique Hotels Israel as Front Desk Staff at The "Center Chic" Hotel, and was promoted to Deputy Front Desk Manager from 2016 to 2019. In 2017, they were an Israel Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives, where they researched and formulated memorandums regarding legislative issues, and foreign and domestic policy. From 2018 to 2019, they were Head of Regional Voter Outreach & Asst. Head of Arab Society Outreach at the Yesh Atid Party (Blue & White). During this time, they managed a team of employees and volunteers in the Petah-Tikva, Ramat-Gan & Givatayim area in the Party's first campaign of 2019, and operated various targeted outreach initiatives in the first and second campaigns of 2019. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at Ruth Global Innovative Advisory, managing the Megiddo & El-Batouf Portfolios, accompanying the establishment of a professional advisory board for the Megiddo Regional Council, and advancing strategic projects with board members. Ron also worked as a Teaching Assistant at IDC Herzliya, assisting in teaching and grading assignments and exams in the "American Government and Politics" course. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Spike.

Ron Morag completed a Bachelor of Arts in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in 2017. In 2016, they completed the IDC/Maxwell Leadership Program on American Politics, Policy, and National Security at Syracuse University - Maxwell School. In 2021, Ron Morag is currently enrolled in the SDR/BDR Course at Jolt.io.
