Rucha Pattnaik began their professional career in 2018 as a Subject Matter Expert at Chegg Inc. Rucha also worked as a Community Development Intern at Scholr in the same year. In 2019, Rucha joined Spikewell as a Senior SDE and Software Development Engineer.

Rucha Pattnaik completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT), Bhubaneswar between 2016 and 2020.
