Kimberley Le Sueur has extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising. Kimberley began their career at Wolf21 in 2008 as a Social Media Marketer, where they managed social media sites, wrote blog articles, and developed skills in Excel. Kimberley then worked as a Website Manager at BeTrendMe in 2011, overseeing a team of interns and managing the timely release of blog posts. From 2011 to 2012, Kimberley served as a Project Manager and Social Media Marketer at Whiz1, where they coordinated clients' needs and project specifications and headed client meetings.
In 2012, Kimberley joined AdParlor Inc. as a Sales Planner, supporting the sales team on the East and West coasts. Kimberley later became a Strategic Account Manager at AdParlor, managing over $1MM in revenue per quarter for top agency and direct response accounts on Facebook and Twitter.
Kimberley joined 3Q Digital as a Senior Account Manager in 2014, where they provided a suite of digital marketing services to clients, including SEM, SEO, Facebook advertising, and analytics. Kimberley then served as the Head of Ad Operations & Programmatic Advertising at Reader's Digest Association from 2015 to 2017, focusing on increasing revenue through ad ops and programmatic strategies.
From 2018 to 2020, Kimberley worked at Hatch64 as a Client Solutions Manager, where they helped build an account management team, onboarded new clients, and established digital KPIs and benchmarks. Most recently, they are employed at Spin Master as the Manager of Digital and Social Media Execution, responsible for developing an in-house team of digital specialists and working closely with stakeholders, Brand Directors, and creative and analytics teams.
Kimberley Le Sueur holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Kimberley has also obtained additional certifications in Managing Experts from LinkedIn and SLII®! (Situational Leadership Program) from Spin Master.
