Lisa Towle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa is currently working as the Senior Director of Consumer Research & Insights at Spin Master since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies from 2017 onwards. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at McCormick & Company, including Director of Insights and Sales Planning and Director of Customer and Shopper Insights. Before that, they worked at Mondelēz International as a Chocolate Category Insights Lead and later as the Director of Consumer Insights and Strategy. Lisa also has experience working at Kraft Canada, Cadbury North America, Cara Operations Limited, Camelford Graham Research, and icon and Landis.
Lisa Towle obtained their Hon. BA in Sociology from Western University in 1996. Lisa then pursued a MA in Sociology with a specialization in Evaluation at the same university from 1996 to 1998.
