Pedro Gomes has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Pedro started their career at Celestica in 1990, where they held positions such as Staff Program Manager and Senior Quality Engineer. Pedro later became the Customer Engineering Operations Manager and Prototype Manufacturing Manager in the Memory System Division, and eventually the Global Business Office Manager for a large OEM customer unit.

After leaving Celestica, Pedro joined Capgemini as an Enterprise Engagement Principal, leading project delivery for a utility client in multiple areas. Pedro then moved on to Plexxus, where they served as the Vice President of Information Technology, Security, and Privacy Officer, responsible for IT development, business process transformation, and strategic support for member hospitals.

Pedro's next role was at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they served as the Vice President of IT Shared Services, overseeing a team of 600 staff members and implementing various strategies and initiatives across the organization. Pedro then joined Canadian Tire Corporation as the Vice President of Enterprise Governance, responsible for developing and adopting best practices, improving performance and capabilities, and managing a team of 40.

Currently, Pedro is the Vice President of Digital Transformation and Enablement at Spin Master, where they are accountable for major transformational initiatives in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Omni-Channel Commerce. Pedro plans and launches digital transformation projects aligned with the company's broader agenda.

Throughout their career, Pedro has demonstrated leadership, expertise in IT and business process transformation, and the ability to drive innovation and cost reduction.

Pedro Gomes has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Science with an Aerospace Option from the University of Toronto. Pedro also holds a Master of Applied Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same university, specifically from the Institute for Aerospace Studies.
