Thirupath Yatham

Thirupath (Thiru) Yatham is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in enterprise systems, program management, and transformational initiatives. Currently serving as the Global/Senior Director of Backoffice Technologies at Melissa & Doug, Thirupath is responsible for overseeing program management, systems architecture, and operations management of enterprise systems. Thirupath has held various significant roles, including Project Manager at New Jersey Resources, and Project Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, where Thirupath managed the migration of a legacy regulatory system. Previous positions include Senior Director IT at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, and Senior Manager at Capgemini, where Thirupath led multi-million dollar global implementations of enterprise systems.
