Kiran Hirpara, P.Eng, PMP, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kiran began their career as a Senior Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), where they worked on developing satellite communication space and ground hardware products. During their time at ISRO, they gained experience in developing space qualified Transmitters and various communication subsystems for Indian satellites. Kiran also oversaw system engineering, product assurance, and product requirement definition.

After their tenure at ISRO, Kiran joined Unique Broadband Systems as a System Test Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for developing high-level system requirements and defining technical specifications. Kiran also conceptualized, implemented, and documented technical and interface requirements, test plans, methodologies, and criteria. Kiran later transitioned to the role of Engineering Program Manager at Unique Broadband Systems, where they successfully managed multi-disciplinary project teams in the medical and communications sectors. Kiran ensured projects met scope, cost, quality, and schedule requirements by developing accurate timelines, selecting resources, technology, and vendors. Kiran also played a crucial role in educating project teams and implementing new approaches to Quality Assurance and Quality Management principles.

Currently, Kiran is employed as the Manager of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at SpinaFX Medical. In this role, their responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) according to standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 9001-2015. Kiran is in charge of controlling new and revised documents necessary for the operation of the QMS and ensuring compliance with the Quality Manual and Quality Agreement.
