Pamela Zicker

Vice President of Patient Access at Spine BioPharma

Pamela Zicker has extensive work experience in various healthcare and biopharmaceutical companies. In 1992, they started their career as a Registered Nurse at UC Davis Medical Center and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 2005, they served as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive women's health care in a private practice setting. Pamela gained expertise in procedural skills such as colposcopy, IUD insertion and removal, and endometrial and vulvar biopsy.

In 2005, Pamela joined Conceptus as a Medical Science Liaison and later became a Clinical Research Manager. Pamela worked there until 2012, focusing on clinical research and medical liaison activities. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Clinical Consultant at Z Strategies, LLC, assisting medical device start-ups in developing clinical strategies and trial designs. Pamela also provided guidance in developing clinical documents for regulatory submissions and facilitated study site and investigator selection.

In 2016, Pamela joined Paradigm Spine, LLC as a Senior Medical Science Liaison and later became the Director of Clinical Specialists. Pamela held these positions until 2018, assisting with medical affairs and clinical activities. In 2019, they joined Femasys Inc. as the Senior Director of Clinical Affairs and later moved on to Raydiant Oximetry, Inc. as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs in 2022.

Currently, Pamela is serving as the Vice President of Patient Access at Spine BioPharma, a position they assumed in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in clinical research, medical affairs, patient access, and reimbursement.

Pamela Zicker has completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Nevada, Reno. Additionally, they have pursued a Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) from California State University, Long Beach.
