Paul Plijnaar is a mechanical engineer who currently works at Spinn. Paul has previously worked at Yokogawa Process Analyzers Europe B.V., Collins Aerospace, and Fokker Aerostructures B.V. In their role as a development engineer at Yokogawa, they were responsible for developing reliable processes for new products. At Collins Aerospace, they worked as a mechanical engineer on the Research and Development engineering department, developing new processes for new products. And as a direct role in project team translate, maintain customer requirements and solve mechanical design problems. At Fokker Aerostructures B.V., they were responsible for defining, structuring, developing, implementing and optimizing a conceptual production design down to component and subcomponent level. Paul also monitored and supervised the manufacturing process right up to delivery of the first shipset in terms of manufacturability, quality, cost and logistics.
Paul Plijnaar has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) and a bachelor's degree in Precision Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
