Gennelle Rice Thomas

Gennelle Rice Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer of RiceGlobalEnterprise (RGE) LLC, a company dedicated to empowering underserved and aged-out foster care young adults through education and continuous learning since December 2021. With a strong background in quality systems and continuous improvement, Gennelle has served as a Corporate Quality Systems Specialist at Spinnaker Coating, LLC since January 2018 and previously as a Continuous Improvement/Quality Systems Engineer at Fuyao Group from March 2015 to March 2017. Gennelle's extensive experience also includes a role as Management Systems Coordinator at Yokohama Industries Americas Inc. Sealant Division, where responsibilities involved maintaining compliance with international standards. Additionally, Gennelle held leadership positions such as President of the Bluegrass Chapter IAAP and played a significant role in establishing the Professional Administrators of America Inc. Gennelle holds a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University and has further education from Strayer University and WCHS.
