Charles Valinotti

Charles Valinotti has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. Charles most recently served as the Chief Underwriting Officer and Chief Program Officer at Spinnaker Insurance Company. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Insurance Officer at COVU.

Valinotti spent a significant portion of their career at QBE North America, where they held various leadership positions. Charles served as the Head of Operations Leader for North America, overseeing global and domestic leadership, BPO management, and product pricing. Charles also held roles as the Head of Operations & Operational Effectiveness and the Head of Product Management & Shared Services, where they were responsible for managing shared service business operations including quality assurance, forms, filings, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Valinotti served as the Head of Underwriting Shared Services and the Head of Product & Underwriting, providing strategic guidance on new product development and underwriting.

Earlier in their career, Valinotti worked at AIG as a Vice President, where they managed the Automobile business unit worldwide. Charles also held a Vice President role at Winterthur Insurance and served in various roles at GEICO, including as an Agent, Regional Sales Supervisor, Regional Sales Manager, and Senior Product Manager.

Overall, Valinotti has extensive experience in insurance operations, underwriting, product management, and leadership roles.

Charles Valinotti attended Farmingdale State College from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Education. Charles then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications at Queens College from 1990 to 1992. Later on, Charles enrolled in the University of Mary Washington's Master of Business Administration Program, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2001 to 2003.
