Karen Blazek has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, primarily with Oracle. Karen started their career in 1997 as a Senior Manager at Oracle, leading the Technical Support team for JD Edwards Tools, Foundation, and Upgrades. During their time at Oracle, they also served as a Project Manager for billable services across all JD Edwards World Applications and Technical Upgrades. In 2017, Karen joined Spinnaker Support as the Director of Customer Success.

Karen Blazek attended Northwest Missouri State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business. Karen then went on to pursue their Masters of International Management degree in Marketing at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1992 to 1995.
