Jason Messina

Jason Messina is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the wine and beverage industry. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Spinneys Abu Dhabi L.L.C since October 2022, Jason is focused on driving growth in the on-premise channel by leading a team of Key Account Managers and collaborating with the marketing department. Previously, Jason held various roles at DGB (Pty) Ltd from 2014 to 2022, including Regional Sales Manager for multiple regions, where consistent overachievement of sales targets and strategic market expansion were key accomplishments. Jason also has experience as a Wine Sales Representative and Regional Restaurant Manager at Vinimark - The Wine Company from 2004 to 2014, demonstrating a strong foundation in client relationship management and sales strategy. Educational qualifications include a degree from the IMM Graduate School, a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, and marketing management studies at Port Shepstone College.
