Lasse Holopainen

Lasse Holopainen serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and General Counsel at SPINNOVA® since November 2021, handling all legal matters and contributing to the management team. Previously, Lasse worked at Nokia Technologies from April 2015 to November 2021 as a Senior Licensing Manager and Senior Legal Counsel, where responsibilities included global licensing of patented technologies and negotiating commercial agreements for substantial annual purchases. Earlier experience includes roles at Tuxera as Director of Operations and Legal, advising at Eduplus Ltd., and working as an Associate Lawyer at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., focusing on M&A and corporate advisory. Lasse began the career with an internship at the Finnish Ministry of Finance and served on the Board of Directors for HYY Group. Lasse holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.
