Kumar Pranjal

Kumar Pranjal is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently at Spinny since July 2022, Kumar leads the loans product lifecycle, optimizing financing options for both retail and wholesale customers. Previously, as Assistant Vice President at IIFL Home Loans from May 2020 to July 2022, Kumar focused on post-disbursement journeys and enhancing customer experience during the COVID period. At RBL Bank, from June 2018 to March 2020, Kumar managed customer experience strategy for the credit cards vertical, implementing digital initiatives to improve customer engagement. Earlier roles include a summer internship at Perfetti Van Melle and as Assistant Manager at The Indian Steel & Wire Products LTD, where Kumar was involved in new product development. Kumar holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from BIT Sindri.
