Jess Lovell has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at SPINS since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Morningstar where they served as the Director of Global Customer Support from July 2018 to November 2019. In addition, they held the roles of Director of Client Support (Americas) from October 2015 to July 2018 and Client Services Manager from January 2014 to October 2015 at Morningstar.
