Jess Lovell

Jess Lovell has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at SPINS since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Morningstar where they served as the Director of Global Customer Support from July 2018 to November 2019. In addition, they held the roles of Director of Client Support (Americas) from October 2015 to July 2018 and Client Services Manager from January 2014 to October 2015 at Morningstar. Before joining Morningstar, they worked at BT Financial Group where they served as a Change Agent from June 2013 to November 2013 and as the Head of Operations - St.George Margin Lending from April 2012 to June 2013. Jess also has experience working at St George Bank as a Settlements Manager from January 2008 to May 2012, at Ord Minnett as an Equity Settlements Officer from 2004 to 2007, and at Leveraged Equities as an Office Administrator from 2002 to 2003.

Jess Lovell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting) from Charles Sturt University. Jess pursued their undergraduate studies from 2004 to 2015.
