Nicholas Arends has over two decades of experience in operations and database management, currently serving as Operations Lead for Data Pipeline and Content Operations Lead at SPINS since November 2021. In this role, Nicholas supervises attribute enrichment assignments for the Product Intelligence team, ensuring on-time delivery of content data and developing KPI dashboards to monitor team performance. Previously, Nicholas held various positions at Nielsen from September 2003 to July 2020, including Operations Delivery Lead, Operations Lead, Database Manager, Team Lead, and Database Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end delivery management, operational engagement for clients, and quality oversight of databases. Nicholas began a career in database management at IRI from October 1999 to October 2002, focusing on client databases and custom data solutions. Nicholas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Michigan State University in 1999.
