Stacey Gruenwald has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in April 2005, they worked as an HR Coordinator at CareerBuilder.com, where they were responsible for updating department forms, creating offer letters, and assisting in the onboarding process for new employees. In January 2009, they moved into the role of HR Manager, managing a team of HR consultants and coordinators and overseeing performance reviews, coaching, recruiting, and employee development. Stacey then transitioned to a Manager of Learning & Development role in June 2011, where they designed and executed learning strategies and managed corporate trainers and eLearning designers. In January 2015, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Learning & Development, leading the design and execution of comprehensive course curricula. In August 2017, Gruenwald joined Pampered Chef as a Field Training Manager, responsible for developing training programs for sales consultants and evaluating and expanding the company's training curriculum. Most recently, Gruenwald joined SPINS in March 2019 as the Director of Learning and Development, partnering with the Chief People Officer to establish organizational development and talent management strategies and designing innovative learning programs.

Stacey Gruenwald obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Human Resources from Illinois State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In 2007, they further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
