Lara Hocheiser

Lara Hocheiser is an experienced content strategist with a wide range of experience in digital marketing, product-focused strategy, and content writing. Lara began their career in 2012 as the Founder and Head of Content for Flow and Grow Education, Inc. where they planned products from strategy to launch, built a website, launched 45+ educational products and 15+ services, created printables, cards, and books, wrote and facilitated professional development workshops and courses, and oversaw social media team/marketing manager. In 2020, they became an Author of Mindfulness Workbook for Kids and Mindfulness for Beginners in Ten Minutes a Day at Callisto Media. Lara also served as an Ambassador for the Japan Department of Education, bringing mindfulness to Japanese schools for the first time in history. In 2022, they were hired as a Lead Content Strategist at Spiral Marketing: Digital Marketing Agency and Podcast, a Senior Content Strategist - Taskforce and Senior Content Specialist at iSolvRisk Inc., a Marketing Advisor at Develop CHI, a Technical Writer at Taloflow (YC W21), a Freelance Outreach marketing, Proposal Writing, and Front-End UI work at Talley Co., a Software Developer, Web Copywriter, Technical Copy Writing and Editing, and a Contributing Author, Backlink Specialist, Social Media Strategist at Respondent.

Lara Hocheiser's education history includes a Software Engineer Bootcamp from Flatiron School in 2021-2022, a RYT200 from Inner Strength Studios 4 Pillars to Freedom Teacher Training in 2011-2012, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature from Roanoke College in 2004-2008, and a semester abroad in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica in 2006. Lara also holds certifications from Yoga Alliance, including Registered Children's Yoga School RCYS (2018), Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (2015), Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) (2014), and Prenatal Yoga certification from Om Births (2013).
