Rick Blocker

Rick Blocker currently serves as a 55th Wing Technical Advisor at Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include advising on matters related to the RC-135, EC-130, and their mission sets, while also liaising with the 645 AESS and Spiral Solution's Accelerated Intelligence Production. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2011 to August 2019, and serving as Chief of Human Resources/Manpower with the United States Air Force from March 2009 to January 2011.
