Tom Sharpe

Tom Sharpe is currently the Group Sustainable Sourcing Manager at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc. Prior to this role, Tom worked as the Sourcing Manager - Group Supply Chain at Spirax Sarco. Before joining Spirax Sarco, Tom was the Supply Chain Director at Alstom Power and Alstom Ocean Energy. Tom also served as the Supply Chain Director at Rolls-Royce for Tidal Generation Ltd. With experience at Babcock International Group as a Category Manager in the Marine Division, Tom has a background in procurement and supply chain management. Tom has held various roles at Rolls-Royce, including Cost Reduction Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Tom started their career as a Project Buyer at HELLA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography from Aberystwyth University.
