Paul Ip

Paul IP is an experienced aviation professional with extensive expertise as a pilot and aviation manager. Currently serving as a Contract Captain for Spire Flight Solutions since July 2021, Paul has previously held significant roles at TAG Aviation Asia as a Client Aviation Manager/Captain and at HK Bellawings Jet, where responsibilities included training and operating Boeing Business Jets for VVIP clients. Prior positions include Captain roles at Sinojet Management Limited and as an Airline Pilot at both Hong Kong Express Airways and Cathay Dragon, where Paul operated various aircraft including the Boeing 737 and A320. Earlier in the career, Paul served as a Deputy Head of Training at CAE and gained foundational experience flying helicopters and general aviation. Academic credentials include degrees from London Metropolitan University and Douglas College, complemented by a solid secondary education.
