Ginger Melton

Ginger Melton has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Ginger currently serves as the Director Of Sales Marketing for Spire Hospitality, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Holiday Retirement from January 2021 to September 2021. In 2020, they were an Insurance Administrator at Professional Benefit Services, Inc. - Salem from May to December. From September 2019 to May 2020, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Shepherd & Associates, LLC.

Ginger's career in the hospitality industry began in 2009 when they joined DoubleTree by Hilton as the Director of Sales. Ginger held this position until 2019. Ginger also briefly served as the Director of Sales at DoubleTree by Hilton from August 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Dual Property Sales Manager/Phoenix Inn at Aimbridge Hospitality from 2009 to 2013.

Ginger Melton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Oregon State University. Ginger has also obtained various certifications, including Environmental Social Governance Strategy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023 and several LinkedIn certifications such as Introduction to ESG, Esther Dyson on Cultivating Health at Scale, Learning Salesforce, Local Marketing Foundations, and Marketing Foundations: Targeting in 2020. Additionally, they hold an Oregon Health Insurance Producers License obtained in April 2019 from the Oregon Department of Consumer & Business Services Insurance Division.
