Jamelia Lehn, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at SPIRE Hospitality since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jamelia was the Chief Financial Officer at Roots Management Group from February 2022 to March 2024, overseeing finance, HR, IT, and shared services while reporting to the Board of Directors. Jamelia's extensive background in the hospitality industry includes significant leadership positions at Aimbridge Hospitality, where notable achievements include founding the Women’s Leadership Empowerment and Development network and managing corporate financial functions. Previous experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Prime Income Asset Management, and Equity Residential, with a strong focus on financial reporting, team leadership, and compliance. Jamelia holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University.
