Mitch Arjavac

Mitch Arjavac has a wide range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Mitch started their career in 1994 as the Owner/Operator of Arjavac Enterprises, where they worked until 2010. Following this, they worked as a Maintenance Engineer for the Grand Heritage Hotel Group from 2009 to 2012. Mitch then became a Lead Engineer at Coastal Hotel Group from 2012 to 2013, and later at Springboard Hospitality from 2013 to 2014. Mitch Arjavac then transitioned to the role of Chief Engineer at Springboard Hospitality from 2014 to 2016, and later at Sage Hospitality Group from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Corporate Director of Engineering at BPR Properties, and then as Chief Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Mitch then became the Area Director of Engineering at Sage Hospitality Group from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Mitch Arjavac is the Director of Facilities and Engineering at SPIRE Hospitality, starting in 2023.

Mitch Arjavac attended Portland Community College from 1992 to 1993, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during that time.
