Balaprasad C has over 20 years of experience in the business and technology industry. Balaprasad started their career in 1999 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee- Projects at Mahindra & Mahindra Automotive Ltd. In 2000, they moved to K2 Software Technologies Ltd as a Business Manager. In 2003, they joined Amerihind Data Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Manager. In 2004, they joined JobStreet.com India Pvt Ltd as a Manager Solution Sales and was promoted to Country Sales Manager in 2010. Since 2014, they have been working as the Vice President - Enterprise Solutions at Spire Technologies, where they are focused on bringing artificial intelligence technologies to enterprise software.

Balaprasad C obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, KARAD between 1996 and 1999. Balaprasad also obtained a certification in Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials from LinkedIn in June 2018.
