Stacey B. Zeltner has a wealth of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Stacey also served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Monroe College, where they were the first permanent HR executive for a diverse and multi-faceted workforce. Stacey B. transformed the HR function while preserving the organizational culture and provided strategic and operational guidance to the college leadership.

Before their time at Monroe College, Stacey held various HR leadership roles at New York Life Insurance Company. As the Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition, they led the recruitment function and implemented a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) initiative to address skill gaps and streamline processes. Additionally, they spearheaded the development of the HR Business Partner organization, ensuring consistency and enhanced communication. Stacey also served as the project leader for the enterprise-wide reorganization, aligning the company's workflow and updating executive leadership regularly.

Prior to joining New York Life Insurance Company, Stacey worked as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and held dual roles as the Director of Staffing and VP of HR Generalist at Citi. At Citi, they provided full-service HR support to diverse client groups and was instrumental in launching a new staffing function during a period of significant turnover.

Stacey B. Zeltner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University.
