Andy Jordan has extensive experience in creative and brand leadership roles. Andy currently serves as the Head of Brand and Creative at Spire, where they lead the corporate marketing function and has successfully positioned the company for IPO. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director Creative and Brand at Expanse, where they played a key role in preparing the security company for an exit. Additionally, Andy Jordan founded Needle Space Labs, a visual content incubator focused on helping commercial enterprises and social good organizations elevate their narratives. Andy has also held senior roles at Splunk, where they oversaw multimedia content and led social media initiatives, and at The Wall Street Journal as a Multimedia Reporter/Producer. Earlier in their career, Andy Jordan worked at Air America Media, TechTV, KQED, CNN, and KBS in various producer, reporter, and anchor roles.

Andy Jordan has a BA in Comparative Literature and Ancient Greek from The University of Georgia. Andy also studied Interpersonal Communication and Communication Theory at Emerson College. In addition, they completed a Korea-US Journalism Fellowship in South Korea at the East-West Center in 2010 and an Asia Pacific Journalism Fellowship in Singapore, Taiwan, and Bangkok at the same institution in 2008. Andy also gained a Fellowship in Biological Studies for Journalists at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Cape Cod, Massachusetts in 2003.
