Frank Frulio

Frank Frulio has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the telecommunications and space industries. Frank is currently serving as the GM and Global Head of Space Services at Spire, where they are responsible for leveraging their space infrastructure to enable organizations to deploy their own applications and sensors into space. Prior to that, Frank was the Region Head for the USA and Europe at Singtel, where they led the Global Enterprise Business organization and provided turnkey managed solutions for enterprises. Frank also served as the Vice President of Business Acquisition Sales at XO Communications and the Area Vice President at CenturyLink Business. Additionally, Frank held multiple positions at AT&T, including Sales Center Vice President, Director of Business Development, and Sales Vice President, where they achieved significant improvements in sales performance and was recognized for their top-performing results.

Frank Frulio earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from UCF College of Business in 1990. Frank later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the same institution, completing it in 1992. In 2008, they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from SMU Dedman School of Law. Additionally, Frank Frulio acquired a certification in "Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2019.
