Michael Dowell

Michael Dowell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael is currently the Director of Sales Engineering at Spire, where they lead global teams and collaborates with customers to create space-based solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Leonardo as the Lead Project Manager for Eurofighter Typhoon avionics support in the Middle East, managing contracts worth over £100M. Michael also served as a Campaign Manager, creating support service solutions for various international end users. Michael has a background in sales, having worked as a Sales Engineer at GE Aviation, specializing in microelectronics for the aerospace market. Michael has also held positions as a Business Development Manager at Apex Ltd and internships at Vascutek Ltd and Driver Group.

From 2008 to 2013, Michael Dowell pursued a degree in Engineering and Enterprise Management, MEng at the University of Strathclyde.
